He meets your group before anything starts and asks what you came for. Some groups came to dance. Some came to float in the water and do absolutely nothing. Some are celebrating something they have not told anyone about yet. The day gets built around that answer, and adjusted while it runs.
In practice that means the music matches your group, the stops last as long as you want them to, and the person who answered your first message on WhatsApp is the same one handing you a drink on the boat and waving you off at your hotel.
You go home with a number on your phone that answers, and somebody on the island who knows what you like.
