What we collect

We collect only what you send us so we can deliver the service: name, phone or WhatsApp, email, hotel or pickup point, date of the service, number of passengers, and any special requirement you tell us about, such as a child seat, reduced mobility, or allergies that affect what you are served during the tour.

The website also records the technical browsing data any website records, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through the technical cookies it needs to work.

What we use it for

To manage and confirm your booking, coordinate your pickup and the running of the service, reach you if anything changes, issue the corresponding tax receipts, and meet our legal obligations in the Dominican Republic.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share with our operating partners only what is essential to run the service you booked: drivers, captains, crew, guides, and the parks or marinas where the activity takes place. Those partners receive only the data they need to look after you.

We may also share information where a competent authority requires it under the law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our commercial relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods Dominican tax and commercial regulations require.

Your rights

Under Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic, you may request access to, correction of, updating of, or deletion of your data, and you may object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@kingblacktour.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This site uses the technical cookies it needs to work. You can block or delete them from your browser settings, keeping in mind that some functions may then stop working properly.

WhatsApp and outside channels

When you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by that platform’s own privacy policy, which is outside our control.

Minors

We do not knowingly request or process the data of minors without a parent or guardian involved. Bookings that include minors are always arranged with a responsible adult.
